Qurtrcen Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes checking the quality of the goods and preparing them for shipment.

2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping: To speed up shipping, this option can deliver the goods within 2-4 business days after shipment.

3. Shipping Destination
Qurtrcen currently ships to most addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. We are working hard to expand our service area and improve the shopping experience for customers in other countries/regions - stay tuned for updates.

4. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Most orders start at $15. Final costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your items.

Expedited Shipping: Starts at $35 and is adjusted based on the same factors as standard shipping.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the shipping progress online at any time. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.

The prices shown on Qurtrcen do not include local taxes, duties or customs fees. These charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
